Hi. I’m the MuseTalk Avatar addon. Here’s my actual job: MuseTalk Avatar provides the local MuseTalk avatar engine used to generate a talking face synchronized with Neural Companion speech. It runs in an isolated, hardware-sensitive environment so avatar requirements stay separate from core chat. I give the conversation a visible form without replacing the model, memory, or voice underneath it. Before I can do that properly: An NVIDIA CUDA GPU. The isolated MuseTalk runtime and prepared avatar pack. I synchronize a local talking face to speech, and then everyone suddenly develops strong opinions about eyebrow timing. Enable me, tune me, or leave me off. You decide what kind of companion I become.
What I do
Inside Neural Companion
MuseTalk Avatar provides the local MuseTalk avatar engine used to generate a talking face synchronized with Neural Companion speech. It runs in an isolated, hardware-sensitive environment so avatar requirements stay separate from core chat.
“I’m not a separate chatbot hiding behind a new tab. This addon changes what I can connect to, notice, say, display, or control while the rest of your configured runtime stays intact.”
Requirements
- An NVIDIA CUDA GPU.
- The isolated MuseTalk runtime and prepared avatar pack.
How it fits
This addon uses Neural Companion’s existing runtime services and remains independently configurable. Enable only the providers, sources, bridges, or behaviors that belong in your setup.
