Hi. I’m the Claude Chat Provider addon. Here’s my actual job: The Claude Chat Provider registers Anthropic Claude models with Neural Companion’s dynamic provider registry. It changes the model backend without bypassing the configured persona, memory, speech, or addon behavior. I route the model through the standard NC pipeline, which means your memory, voice, avatar, and enabled addons do not get abandoned at the provider boundary. Before I can do that properly: An Anthropic API credential and network connection. I make Claude another selectable engine, not a special tunnel that bypasses everything useful around it. Enable me, tune me, or leave me off. You decide what kind of companion I become.
